On January 28th the Boston Cannons shipped JonChristmas, Mike Levin and Ray Megill to the Washington Bayhawks. The move wasin exchange for rising star Kevin Buchanan and three draft picks. The trade was actually centered around the players request to move closer to there jobs and homes.
“Theywere nice enough to work out a deal with me that I could come down hereand stay a little bit closer to home,” said former Boston defensemanRay Megill about the Cannon’s response to his request for a trade.
Megill, who spends his off-field hours as a project manager for a mechanicalcontract company is currently working out of the main office in Maryland.
“Theywere definitely looking out for my best interest”, said the 2007 Bostondraft pick, who was grateful for the Cannon’s cooperation. Fellow Boston teammate Mike Levin can also relate to Megill’s situation.
Levin, who played nine games as goalie for the Cannons last season, was also granted a trade to benefit his personal life in which he just moved to Washington DC recently.
Levin believes that he was “just added to the mix.”Regardless, the Cannons showed respect for their players personal livesagain as Levin can now continue his MLL career at home as a Bayhawk.
As for Jon Christmas he is currently residing in the Philadelphia area and would have a shorter commute now with the Bayhawks.

What a crazy week in the NFL. This statement seems to be true every weekend during the season. However, for some reason, this season seems to be more confusing than the local corn maze. If you were to tell me that the Bronco’s would be 6-0 after the summer they had, I would never have believed you. At the same token, if you told me that the Titans would go 0-6, I would have called the looney bin and made sure you had the best room in the place. This is the world of the NFL. A league that isdesigned for every team to be .500 is anything but this year. There are currently four undefeated teams right now. The Giants could have stayed on thelist if they didn’t play undefeated
There have been some crazy games this year as well. In Week 1 the Steelers and the Titans go to OTand

So now that you can see the break down it makes it easier to
see where they just plain got it wrong.
Starting at the top, the Pro Rating is dead on. I will not argue with that. The Outlaws and the Mammoth draw insane
attendance. The Bayhawks keep moving

The Thunder drew great crowds when they were around. The College Rating is where the issues
begin. There hasn’t been a college from
